저는 가곡과 세미클래식을 기반으로, 삶의 변화와 감정의 순간들을 노래하며 ‘위로’를 전하는 아티스트 한보라 입니다.
저는 어릴 때부터 음악을 자연스럽게 좋아하게 된 소프라노 한보라입니다. 성악을 좋아하셨던 어머니의 영향으로 음악을 들으며 자랐고, 특히 조수미 선생님의 노래를 들으며 성악을 꿈꾸게 되었습니다.
노래를 할 때만큼은 제 자신을 솔직하게 표현할 수 있었고, 그 시간이 저에게는 가장 큰 위로였습니다. 유학 시절과 다양한 무대를 거치며 클래식, 찬양, 뮤지컬 등 여러 형태의 음악을 경험했지만, 결국 제가 가장 잘 표현할 수 있는 건 사람들과 가까이 호흡할 수 있는 노래라는 걸 깨닫게 되었습니다.
최근에는 가곡과 살롱 음악에 더욱 끌리게 되었고, 에릭 사티의 음악처럼 편안하면서도 감정을 깊이 전할 수 있는 음악을 하고 싶다는 방향을 갖게 되었습니다.
지금의 저는 장르에 얽매이기보다, 제 목소리와 감성을 가장 잘 담아낼 수 있는 음악으로 관객과 자연스럽게 소통하는 ‘노래하는 한보라’로 나아가고 있습니다.
